Winter On The Course (cross country skiing + more!)
Enjoy cross country skiing, sledding, and snow shoeing on Kahler Glen golf course throughout the winter season. Kahler Glen ski trails connect to the Washington State Park trails, providing over 30 miles of groomed ski trails. There are numerous other nordic trail options and a tubing hill near Leavenworth. Nearby Water Sports (Boating/Fishing/River Rafting)
Lake Wenatchee State Park is adjacent to Kahler Glen. It offers boating, fishing, sailing and beach fun activities for all ages. Both Lake Wenatchee and Fish Lake are within 2 miles of Kahler Glen Resort. The boat launch is the starting point for a day of boating on the lake, or an adventure ride down the Wenatchee River. Downhill Skiing
Stevens Pass Ski Area is only 25 miles away, averaging 450" of snowfall each year, covering 1,125 acres of skiable terrain, including 37 major runs and numerous bowls, glades and faces. Mission Ridge is approximately 50 miles away.
 
Horseback Riding

Snowmobiling
The Leavenworth area offers countless miles of snowmobile trails through the magnificent Cascade Mountains. Ride to Sugarloaf Lookout where you’ll stand one mile above sea level and experience breathtaking 360 degree views or stand 2000 ft above Lake Wenatchee at Sno Cone.
